"The building is a little bit older so when you walk in, they really know wow moment as well as the more you get through the building you can just tell it needs an update. The room itself was OK no complaints with that."

"Front desk staff was not very helpful on check in and to check out. No maps of property available and no map given with directions to Santa Fe downtown. I found a map on the on the free brochure section. I also can not believe that a resort this big has only one luggage cart at the front door."

"Charming, exceedingly gracious staff (bellmen, reception, garage staff, cleaning staff ...), gorgeous updated vintage decor room (fab casement windows, working perfectly to allow in gentle fresh breezes). Super helpful and fun bellman at check-in. Love the photo-front elevators (beautiful 1800s Santa Fe shots) and the Mexican songsters trio in the lobby for Happy Hour. Terrific breakfast and service at La Plazuela. Thumbs up all around!"

"Enjoyed the stay but felt punished for booking through outside source. We were given room as far away from the front of the property as possible and the easiest way to the pool, hot tub ect., was a locked gate. We had to walk around the entire building to access the areas."

"The entrance is awkward and you hope you don't get rear-ended. There’s only one way in and out located right at a traffic light. Eed a tear entrance. Room fit our needs to sleep and shower."

"The property is beautiful. If you have a vehicle you must use the valet service which can result in added expense of tipping them every time you want to go somewhere. The room was very nice, Bed and bedding were comfortable and best of all, it was quiet. I loved going out on the balcony in the evening to enjoy the weather and stars. The balcony was attached to two others but fortunately, we were always alone out there. If you want to sleep late you may miss the opportunity for housekeeping...

"It was great! Wonderful staff, especially the bartender who gave me a ride in her car to my building, when she saw that I was using a cane. She also bartended the party that we were attending, and served a great Prosecco! The front desk staff were very sweet and helpful. The room was perfectly comfortable!"

"Lovely Southwest ambience throughout the hotel and room. One of my favorites was that there are several outside conversational areas. We choose a double room with a fireplace which was perfect to “take the chill” out of our room! We could walk to everything!"
