"The hotel is in a great location. The rooms were really nice. The staff was great. There was construction in the lobby that was affecting being able to enjoy the lobby. I was charged for a full breakfast when the breakfast was not being offered to its fullest capacity due to construction. It made me feel like customer service was lacking and I never sought breakfast at the hotel again. Other than the construction issues and mediocre service during that time the hotel is lovely. "

"Good accommodation in ideal location, however the Park View Room with 1 King Bed that I paid for was indeed not a King Size Bed at all, but 2 Single Beds pushed together to make up a King Sized Bed & this was a little disappointing as the Single Beds that were pushed together where one of the Single Beds was a little higher than the other Single Bed that it was attached to & there was an uncomfortable BUMP where both of these singles mattresses joined & also one mattress was softer than the...

"Very nice hotel within a 10 minute shuttle to the airport"

"While the staff were lovely and the room was nice we waited 3 hours for a second bathrobe and had to call 4 times. There was also an opened bottle of sparkling water in the mini bar. The carpet in the hallway was dirty and needed a vacuum. For a hotel that costs a lot to stay in, those details are a bit of a letdown. "

"Absolutely loved our staycation! From the second we checked in, we felt so welcomed and comfortable. Excellent dining options, parking is plenty and easy to navigate and a lot of seating options around the pools. Rooms are comfortable, modern and spacious. "This hotel is in an old converted warehouse, and it is a boutique hotel for a unique stay. The staff was so friendly, and the rooms were very nice: clean, comfortable and included a mini-bar stocked as part of the room price. A few people may be put off by the restaurant which is vegetarian for the breakfast buffet and vegan for dinner. However, there are other dining options very close by on the Woolloomooloo Wharf. "
