"Our experience had both positives and negatives. The staff at Diablo Cantina were very rude, and the food was disappointing. It was served in a way that felt as though it was simply thrown onto the table, which made for an unpleasant dining experience. The initial check-in process moved quickly, but when we arrived at the self-service kiosk, it would not complete our check-in despite our reservation being in the system and us arriving at the correct time. We ultimately had to locate an employee...

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"I did my research and stayed in District 3. I am not sure but read that this district had the most updated rooms. The room was great and we did have a mini fridge. Perfect location, lots of amenities. You are not able to bring outside food or drinks to the pool area so be mindful of that. I also enjoyed the spa while there. When you book a service you also receive access to the salt room, jacuzzi and steam room! I definitely recommend staying there."

"They close the pool way too early, 7pm in the summer is silly, most likely they want you in the casino gambling. They charge 20$ for the bottles of water in the room and don’t know how much for the coffee, not even a couple complementary ones. 8$ to buy the same bottle of water in the lobby stores, which is still way too much. Pool cabanas were $800 a day when we were there, also ridiculous."

"The room was very nice and overall I had a delightful stay. I did not particularly like the tile in the shower, and I was disappointed that the hotel’s porte-cochère/front drive-up area was closed for renovations. Unfortunately, guests were not informed of this until about a week before my trip. Aside from that, and the usual timeshare sales pitches, my experience at the hotel was very enjoyable."
