"2 complaints 1 - when we opened the patio door to watch the fireworks, a lot of small flies entered our room. When we asked the front desk for Raid or even a flyswatter - they had neither nor offered any other solution. I ended up spraying them with OFF and that seemed to kill most of them. The cleaner the next day was told about them by us and where they were to clean up and vacuum the dead ones up but this was not done. 2 - Our toilet was very loose. "The hotel was great, room was clean, a/c worked very well. But especially we loved Donna at the front desk. She added the specialness of the hotel. She gave us all sorts of suggestions and was friendly and wonderful! Also, we took her advice to try out the Portage restaurant on premises and LOVED it... try the appetizers, they were amazing!"

"Only problem we had was the maid coming in early in the morning, walking right into our room!! This happened not once but twice as we were trying to sleep. She didn’t even knock at all!!!! Then a third time the maid came again. This time she at least knocked and I said we didn’t need anything. Other the. That we had a great stay. "
