"Staff is amazing!"

"My room was cancelled by staff earlier that day so when I got there to check in they had no rooms left. I waited in the lobby until after 1:00am when luckily another guest checked out early. "

"We absolutely looooved our stay at the hotel this weekend. We came for a wedding, rented a suite and they gave us 24th floor. The view, even during rain was stunning. We enjoyed every minute of staying there. Great staff, we needed rolloway bed and had no problem getting them, extra sheets, all with a beautiful smile. The view is unbelievable from the suite that shows about 270 degrees view."

"We liked the oversized room and bathroom. The floors were tiled so the floor above really echoed. Not sure if all rooms are tiled or if it was because we had a handicap room. Overall a great stay."

"The hotel was clean and in a good location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good!"

"The room was clean and had nice linens. My only complaint is that the “trend” of soap in an attached tube in the shower wall is a failure. My husband and I had to BOTH shower with a postage sized bar of soap for two nights, as nothing would come out of the “tube”. So bring your own bath soap if you visit this hotel! "

"Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The room had a very strong cigarette smoke smell even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The odor was so strong that I had to ask the staff to come with air freshener. I do appreciate that they tried to help, but overall the condition of the rooms was not good."
