Cari Hotel di Puerto Rico

"The hotel was clean and pretty but it was far from downtown and we could not go in the ocean because of the rip current. Fortunately we rented a car because it would be very hard to stay here without a car. There was a beautiful pool and a nice fitness center and good cable."

"I love the location and the place it’s very nice also the casino was a great experience and the room very clean and comfortable to stay my family have a wonderful time."

"There was mold in bathroom sink & shower. Check in process was horrible, called done"

"I was disappointed with my overall experience. Cleanliness could have been much better, and despite having 3 guests in the room, we constantly had to call for additional wash towels because there were never enough provided. The room also did not have a microwave, which was very inconvenient since we had food that needed reheating and ended up having to throw it away. I also paid $95 for birthday decorations that, unfortunately, did not feel worth the price for what was provided. For the amount...

"Our stay at El Conquistador was truly phenomenal! From the beautiful surroundings to the overall experience, we had a wonderful time. My absolute favorite part was having direct access to Palomino Island. That experience alone made the stay so worthwhile and unforgettable. It was definitely a highlight of our trip and a big reason why I would recommend this resort. The only hiccup was at checkout, when I noticed duplicate charges for a meal at Ventanas restaurant. I had already paid for the...

"Not bad not the best"

"All the staff from cleaning crew on up were very helpful and attentive. Definitely would recommend your beautiful establishment. I wasn't given the name of the person that found my earring and placed it where I could find it in the car from valet parking. I really want to thank you for that. That meant a lot because they were a gift from my dad."

"Only one elevator was working the entire week. We found the food to be pricey and not varied. We were going to go shopping in the gift shop on our last day but it was closed. We weren’t told the gift shop was closed. We wanted to get gifts for people. Also there is no entertainment."

"Staff was not friendly."

"The hotel was beautiful, the kids loved taking the shuttle to the beach club, it was a great trip"

"Durante mi estancia en Bahia Hotel, se me cobró un cargo de 95 dólares relacionado con una tabla de planchar que ya presentaba daños previos. Considero que el cobro no corresponde, y este tipo de situaciones afecta la confianza del huésped en el servicio. Recomiendo revisar el cargo y eliminarlo"

"Although the place is located across from a very busy road, once you enter, it feels as if you are somewhere else. Everything is beautiful, peaceful, and welcoming. We were able to sleep well despite the music coming from the pool area, as some rooms are quite close to it. One thing to keep in mind is that the restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, so it is advisable to plan your meals in advance. Aside from these minor details, our stay was very pleasant, and we thoroughly enjoyed the...

"Strikingly beautiful property with lovely views of the ocean."

"Todo excelente. Solo necesita un poco de remodelacion y el aire muy bajo casi no se sentía. Lo notificamos pero siguió igual."

"I had a great time. It was a birthday celebration. They decorated the room with balloons and cake and was very thoughtful."
