Cari Hotel di Puerto Rico

"Management needs to do a better job enforcing maintenance and cleanliness around the pool area. There was dog poop in a couple of areas that was left for days, some of the lounge chairs were black where it was supposed to be white and the pool had leaves and what looked like tree debris at the bottom."

"Todo excelente"

"Our stay was excellent. Restaurants were delicious and easy to make reservation reservations at. The pool was very nice. It felt like a resort. Everything was very clean. We would recommend staying here and would stay again. Thanks."

"I loved the hotel room lobby and club also bar in lobby pool and beach was great."

"Having their own Island was very cool."

"Great service ! Very entertaining agenda! Variety of dining options"

"This was an absolutely amazing experience. This was a surprise for my partner for their birthday and it did not disappoint. The staff was simply amazing, knowledgeable and welcoming. We felt like family every time we interacted with one of them. And the food and drinks… top tier. We did not want to leave. Amazing views. Amazing staff. Amazing everything. If you’re planning a trip, I 100% recommend staying here and when we come back, cause we definitely will be back, it will absolutely be here....

"Clean room and facilities. Great location"

"Everything was very nice just one thing the internet went down for home day overall beautiful hotel Ty"

"Clean room and staff were great! Such a wonderful area and so close to everything. My only complaint was the surprise $100 fee aside from security deposit when checking in and the shower wasn’t the greatest. All that aside, great experience!"

"The property was close to restaurants and having the beach across the street on the other hotel was convenient. I think it needs a little renovation in the rooms could be cleaned a little better"

"To get to the parking garage you have to leave the property and go back on the main road and come back around to it. From the parking garage to the main lobby it’s a good walk. The A/C did not cool at all on the lowest setting. Mattress was super outdated and the blanket on the bed was old and had no additional sheet to other than the one on the bed. Will not be staying there again I’d rather pay a little more and stay at a nice hotel"

"Horrible"

"Great staff!!!! Above and beyond!"

"A++++"

"Landry room too small"

"Everything was great, food, room, amenities and staff. The breakfast was the best part"
