"The hotel looks tired including the decor at the entrance of faded artificial flower garlands and lounge furniture Cleaners cleaning bathroom surfaces with bathroom towels and wiping glasses and mugs with napkins rather than washing them Wobbly toilet roll holder and toilet seat"

"We used the spa which was lovely, everywhere was clean and tidy could have done with a refresh on the bed head board , staff very good, breakfast a bit disappointing as it was in pots to keep warm , which sort of steamed everything"

"Last minute hotel room. No kitchen was frustrating so had to find a takeaway close by. Close to my destination of Telford International Centre. Key card worked when it wanted to and also same issue with the shower"

"Prince Rupert - rustic, central, fab bathroom, twin room, lovely staff, good breakfast . Second floor room slightly suffered from VERY creaky floorboards above - nothing which could be avoided as it is such an old hotel. Staff very helpful in instructing us how to drive to the property to pick up luggage at the end of the stay ."

"The room was spacious and clean the staff were very polite and friendly. The hotel is situated close to the Town center 5 minutes walk, Wolves football ground 2 minutes walk and Train station & bus station 15 walk. The Civic Centre ( for concerts) is 2 minutes walk."

"Located in centre of town there was a lot of noise from people going to and from pubs/clubs, also a lot of boy racers in there cars driving around and around constantly past our room window, we did stay on a Saturday night so probably busier than other nights, but had to have window open due to being hot and no air conditioning, and even with window closed still quite noisy. Made it difficult to sleep till about 2am when people started going home, obviously this is out of the hotel’s control and...

"Lovely location with beautiful views. We had asked if we could have a room with a view, but on arrival we were given ground floor which was quite dark inside and overlooking the rooms accross from ours, we were moved to an upper floor again overlooking the next accommodation block and a little brighter, if you book try and get one with a view. The bed was comfortable but the bathroom shower cubicle leaked water and the shower head kept dropping so had to keep adjusting it really needs a new...

"Just back from a 3 night stay. Everything was 5* staff food beer garden and sun terrace perfect for a few beers in the sun. Room was big and spacious.Will definitely stay here again it was in walking distance to every thing.And the staff are amazing"

"Great location for the international arena, hotel was well maintained and clean although the room was a bit cold and the hot water in the bath/shower was scalding or freezing and the hand basin didn’t get hot. Staff were very pleasant and the breakfast was great, I would recommend."

"The room was clean but the bed was hard and you needed binoculars to see the TV. We stayed in Kent hall and it seemed like an old office block that has been turned into bedrooms. Breakfast wasn't that great sausages and bacon were overcooked and dry. The parking was not that great either."
