"I did not eat breakfast here. Sadly they didn’t have bananas or yogurt available in the evening even for purchase when I asked. One of the only 2 elevators in the lobby was not working so that caused some backups in traffic sometimes. And the floor in our room was kinda gross. However, they were very kind and helpful when my son became ill overnight, bringing us all the things we needed and offering additional help. "This was the first time I’ve had to immediately leave a hotel upon arrival. The room was not cleaned, had no sheets on the bed, hair and pests throughout, and a shower window that appeared to expose the entire bathroom to the courtyard. The AC barely worked and there was no way to reach a live person for help despite multiple attempts — only automated responses until the next morning.
