"Everything was perfect! We absolutely loved our stay at The Norm and would recommend it to everyone. We were greeted warmly at reception by Mehmet who very kindly upgraded us to a swim up bungalow suite. And from the very beginning, we were in for a lot of disappointments: 1) they checked us into a room with cigarette butts and the smell of cigarettes. 2) they changed the room, but now it had a broken toilet wrapped in red tape. 3) the website says that there is a choice between 4 a la carte restaurants, but in fact we came on the very first day and were told that there was no choice and they could only enroll us in a fish...

"Amazing service, clean site, clean beach, amazing staff - very sweet Ruslan made our dinner in Beach Club special. On the bad side - I would not go there again as a couple without kids, because how many kids there were - unimaginable. In regards to food, we were very dissapointed, a lot of options however repetitive, sushi 4 options - two of them with chicken. Pizza very dry. "

"Das Hotel hat eine ideale Lage um viele Besichtigungen zu Fuß zu machen und der direkte Blick auf die blaue Moschee und die Hagia Sofia sind wirklich toll. Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Alle Mitarbeiter egal ob am Hoteleingang, an der Rezeption oder im Restaurant sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!
