And from the very beginning, we were in for a lot of disappointments: 1) they checked us into a room with cigarette butts and the smell of cigarettes. 2) they changed the room, but now it had a broken toilet wrapped in red tape. 3) the website says that there is a choice between 4 a la carte restaurants, but in fact we came on the very first day and were told that there was no choice and they could only enroll us in a fish...

"Amazing service, clean site, clean beach, amazing staff - very sweet Ruslan made our dinner in Beach Club special. On the bad side - I would not go there again as a couple without kids, because how many kids there were - unimaginable. "Description of the room on the booking site is inaccurate. First night all I had was the room with view of a big industrial structure. I think that is the stadium even though I had booked a view room. Next day I had to pay €130 to Get a proper view from the room. I think that was unfair. I stayed in room 509 and then subsequently upgraded after paying to 1012"
