Cari Hotel di Turks and Caicos

"The communication between the staff and guest are not great, the food selection was horrible, we had to eat out majority of the times. I wouldn’t go back to this place."

"Beautiful adult, clean, friendly staff place. No complaints"

"The property and room were excellent. Very clean and well kept. Housekeeping was also very good. I felt very safe while on the property. The tv programming and quality was terrible. The broadcast would frequently break up and premium channels like Cinemax had long commercials. You couldn’t mirror your phone onto the tv to watch movies. Also they should have been more forthcoming with the fact that all of the “included” water sports could be unavailable due to the ocean conditions. We couldn’t...

"It was a great stay, smaller boutique style hotel. Staff is very friendly, food was good, room was spacious. Great experience overall."

"The property was under renovation so the spa wasn’t available and there was construction ongoing. The staff at the front desk, restaurant and pool/beach were friendly and helpful. Hemingway restaurant is a great spot for all meals. The bikes were a bit disappointing; older and not in great shape but we took them to town as they were rideable. Overall we had a great time."

"The doors for the bathroom and shower are shared and rather awkward. They dont fully close on one side either (Shower)."

"Great stay ! Clean and well kept rooms and property. Excellent food and drinks. Will be back!"

"Wonderful!"

"The staff was amazing!!! They made everyone feel like a VIP. The hotel is located in an area of grace bay that is easily accessible to small shops, coffee, etc The amenities are great and the poolside and beach staff are amazing. A shout out to Jameson who made us feel so welcomed, kept our drinks and food flowing and always made sure we were well taken care of. The buffet breakfast was great as well. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. Definitely great for families."

"Excellent resort beautiful and well kept staff was great and very accommodating. Will definitely be back!"

"Great place for couples looking for privacy and romance. Jerome at the Cove bar is just excellent! Kiki at the front desk is just super helpful. And Artie, our driver, was just as warm and friendly as he could be. The view from our villa was disappointing. As this is a terrible time of year for the Atlantic Ocean. Tons of seaweed. But have no fear, the other side of the island is a different ocean that is as clear and beautiful as humanly possible. The food is amazing. The staff was...

"There were a few pleasant staff members, but overall, the service and experience were extremely disappointing. The cost of this resort does not justify the experience or level of service we received. We encountered numerous issues during our stay, including extremely loud and leaking AC, a malfunctioning screen door, water dripping from the ceiling, an unpleasant bathroom odour, no hair conditioner, and a sticky, dirty hair dryer. The robes were stained and worn, and we were only given one robe...

"As soon as we arrived to the hotel the staff was beyond welcoming — They upgraded our room without asking, the room was beautiful, clean and modern - everyday housekeeping - good amenities with 2 pools the spa was great —-the food was good not the best could be improved but mostly the service was beyond impeccable from front desk to housekeeping everyone was happy and seemed to love their jobs — with any inquiry or modification we had, they went above and beyond - airport shuttle service and...
