"We had a very comfortable stay at hotel Paris! The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Vittorio! He was exceptional friendly, professional, and kind. This hotel was near all of the places we wanted to go to making it very convenient whenever we wanted to walk back to the hotel and take a break. It is very simple, there are no big amenities like a pool or a spa, simply a nice place to rest as you spend your day in Florence."

"The IQ Hotel Firenze was an excellent experience with modern amenities. The location is decent but far enough from train station that Taxi made more sense with luggage. The staff were extremely helpful. The bar was okay, quiet. The restaurant was good. The room had an outstanding walk-in shower with overhead rain shower head. Thank you IQ Firenze for a lovely stay."

"Spacious room junior suite. Nice to have option of 2 swimming pools Unfortunately spa facilities not available when we stayed in July 2026. Looks like opened recently so still scaling up. Overall staff friendly and helpful. It is around 20-25 mins from Florence centre costs around 30eiroa each way but faorly easy to get can from main stn and a few taxi ranks in centre . Worth staying to save on monies compared to city hotels"

"Nice clean and comfortable beds, if you are looking just to sleep without having hotel amenities, this is the perfect place. Friendly staff, easy access by train or bus, clean bathrooms. I'll definitely recommend specialy for large groups as we whole family 6 of us stayed in the same room and all have their own comfortable beds."

"I stayed here for 4 nights to celebrate my husband’s 50 th birthday. The hotel has a fabulous location, bang in the centre of the city and it really couldn’t be more central. The lobby bar and the reception are really exquisitely decorated. We had an executive suite in the west building. The suite was as advertised. Lovely furnishings and lots of space. A comfortable large bed with nice bed linen. The room felt airy and bright which I loved.In respect of the room, there was a bit lacking in...

"Great location and excellent stay! The breakfast was great but the “bar” area was a bit puzzling. I asked for service at the front desk because it was not staffed. They said someone would come and help us, but 30 min later no one showed up. Otherwise it was a great place and would stay again."

"Hi, the hotel is beautiful and at a good location. The staff was attentive when we checked in. We had two issues, first we didn’t get our room clean when we requested. While our stayed only one time the room was cleaned because we kept calling to get it clean and get clean towels. Also, the room temperature was very hot. The hotel room is expensive, we were not expecting this to happen."

"The room was super dirty (blood on sheets, pubs and outdoor debris like branches). When we went and advised the reception, they proceeded to yell at me and tell me it is what it is. Horrible experience."
