"It’s a clean hotel and stuff are kind and helpful however we got a room where the shower drain was blocked 2 times and we had to call them multiple times to come and fix it. the water was flouting. Also about the location. it showed on expedia that it’s 2 mins walk from dubai mall but in fact it’s far 10mins by car which is a false advertisement"

"The property is amazing! Location is perfect and the team is wonderful, from Loreen at reception, Hesham with our luggage, the housekeeping team, Inas at Zeeta and everyone that made this special!
