"I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. I informed them in advance that I was arriving on an early flight and even called to confirm that I would arrive around 2 PM. They clearly told me that early check-in was not available and that check-in is at 4 PM. However, when I arrived at 5 PM, I was still not given a room and was asked to wait until 7:30 PM. Every time I asked, they kept saying the room was ready but waiting for inspection, which was very frustrating. The management was extremely poor and unprofessional. I also have VIP access and paid extra for my stay, yet I was not offered any compensation for the inconvenience. Overall, a very bad experience and I would not recommend this hotel."

"The cleanest shower I’ve ever seen. Has plenty of space with a king bedroom, bathroom, full size kitchen, dining room, living room, balcony, and washer dryer. The water park is amazing and they have activities every day. "

"Amazing place. Great and friendly staff and the kids loved the waterparks. It’s a beautiful resort and loved all the access to restaurants and shopping with Disney just a short drive away. Will definitely consider coming back!"

"The rooms were spacious, clean, and recently renovated. The property was well maintained. Every employee I spoke to was friendly. There is plenty of parking, and it is included in the cost. There were tons of employees in golf carts at all hours, creating many traffic hazards on the properties. There was often a massive backup at the gate from 2pm until after 7pm, as they would use the verified guest lane for non-guests who had to be verified, sometimes taking as long as 5 minutes per vehicle. I felt the $30/day “resort fee” was misleading. It did not include most amenities seen on the listing. It included things like WiFi (which was terrible) and the in-room safe (?). The water park prominently featured on the listing was not included or discounted, and costs $25 per day per person. "

"Our cottage was fabulous! Check in was a long wait. Staff were friendly and pleasant. The shuttle around the property was always busy and slow. Drivers were always pleasant. Pools were very nice and waterpark was great! Overall stay was very good. "
