"I made a reservation to stay at this hotel when I showed up for check in the hotel did not exist. Apparently the hotel was there before but ceased operation some time ago, they just didn't delist the property off the Expedia website and continued on taking reservations and collecting payments. I tried to contact the owner of the hotel but received no response. "

"I felt comfortable, despite initial problem with my reservation through Expedia (which took 3 calls to resolve), and some construction noise. I stayed 4 nights in the 6bed dorm room. I miss the hostel dog Amazon, the most. It's a very basic hostel but staff/volunteers/owner/guests were very nice. "When we arrived, there was no record of our booking. The owner came to speak with us and indicated that they do NOT WORK WITH EXPEDIA for bookings and had no record of a reservation. We reached out to Expedia via chat and they said they could not refund our full stay because the date of the first night of the stay was less than 24 hours away. We spent 2 full hours talking with Expedia and trying to get them to call the owner (as he stood next to us) - the phone rang, but when the owner answered,...

"Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Der bemängelte Komfort entspricht natürlich der Preislage (Sehr wenig Wasserdruck, häufig Stromausfall). Preis/Leistungsverhältniss ist absolut OK. Leider ist die Ortschaft und ihre Infrastruktur nicht sehr interessant (überteuert, alles voller Müll). Unterkunft kann ich aber sehr empfehlen."

"The property was very spacious. I was given a set of keys and an automatic gate opener that secured our vehicle in a secure place on property. There was video surveillance around building and always that also made my family feel safer. The neighborhood was actually very nice and walking distance to alot of stores such as a supermarket. The propery had two rooms and two beds, plenty of dishes for cooking and entertaining, free wifi, and multiple tvs. Very nice arrangement and furnishings."
