"The room was a bit more spacious than others in the area and included a kitchenette. The rooms were visibly old and dated but still functional. It was also quiet with almost no street noise heard in the room. Hot water was a problem and usually not available in the morning. I was only able to take warm baths in the evening. The elevator was also very slow I ended up using the stairs even when carrying my luggage. Staff were efficient and helpful! "

"Enjoyed the contactless check-in/check-out process, made it very easy to make changes. The room I booked did not appear to be the one I received, but the check-in instructions indicated that that was a possibility. Room was extremely neat and tidy. Great location in East Village. At least 4 restaurants that I noticed on thw same block. Earplugs were provided for street noise, but I didn't need them. Overall a great stay. The property manager was very easy to communicate with. "

"There was no Netflix tried to connect for an hour and was told the engineers were gone for the night, an engineer came to the room the next day clueless thought he was coming to repair something? The carpet under the sofa should be replaced cheap quality is not even or laying to the floor hazardous, door in full bath is damaged and needs to be replaced…"

The interior was spacious, and the patio was especially lovely—unfortunately, it was too cold for us to fully enjoy it. The home was very clean and well equipped with thoughtful extras that made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again."
