"The hotel is under renovations and it does not tell you that anywhere before booking. The AC was effected because of this. The pool and public restrooms in the lobby were closed because of it. The lobby is torn up due to the renovations. The outside of the building was a mess due to the renovations. We got a nail in the tire of our rental car because of the outside work.

"The Air Conditioner in room 414 had issue. It was not cooling. We called front desk at 3 am and they sent maintenance person. He reset the thermostat but it did not resolve the issue. It was uncomfortable night. We could not sleep very well.
We registered our experience with front desk.
I believe we did not get product what we paid for."
