"Showed up less than 10 mins early to start the check in process, was told over the phone that early check would likely be an option depending on reservations that I could come in as early at 1:30pm. Called prior to leaving and early check in was not available at all, no problem. Upon arrival at 2:54 pm I go to the desk and the worker at the counter turned us around and said we must wait til 3pm. I understand the principle of check in is at 3pm but a few minutes difference and the rude attitude...
