"We had a lovely stay, It was a shame the restaurant was closed as we visited on a Sunday. We will be back for another visit."

"The staff were very helpful. The hotel is very tired and needs some changing and upgrades and the bathroom was not clean with ingrained grubbiness. At breakfast, there was a coffee machine with no facilities for decaffeinated coffee. Just sachets of decaffeinated. Otherwise breakfast was good."

"First time stayed here, and could not fault a thing. (One or two little.niggles but nothing to complain about). Staff were helpful and all very friendly. Room was (as requested) a twin accessible room as mum.needs one these days.- and quiet. Meals were either in restaurant or bar area.Plenty of parking too, including disabled.bays. Overall, would stay here again if in Peterborough."

"Staff were amazing, room was great and overall stay was good. Only downfall i had was the room was way to hot. The little fan provided was just blowing hot air around. Air conditioning would be a good investment especially during summer. I would have booked another night but the room temperature has put me off booking again."

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the hotel was able to accommodate our request for a quiet room, which we greatly appreciated. "Room is comfortable but very hot. No AC available and hot days can be very difficult to sleep. Positives: hotel breakfast improved from previous visits and staff are very happy to help. Location is the strong strength, in the heart of Peterborough. Car park is also a great advantage."
