"Small hotel in a residential area close to the beach. Very modern, clean and spacious bar and outside seating area. The room was small but not cramped and was furnished in keeping with the hotels decor. There was a birthday party taking place in the evening but the staff were quietly efficient and spent an appropriate time to check us in. If there is a downside it has to be the car park. "Service on reception was great. We upgraded our room to the top floor at a reasonable price and it was totally worth it. The only negative was the breakfast which we paid for. Although it’s reasonably priced, the quality of the produce could be improved and the coffee was not drinkable. We paid extra for 2 expressos but these should have been complementary given we left the coffee included in the breakfast "

"The hotel is in a great location to get around the city. Very near to bus stops and the station. The staff I came into contact with at the hotel were very polite, professional and helpful. My room was ideal for my stay. It was very clean and tidy. The hotel is great value for money. I woukd definitely recommend the Ibis at Brighton station as a great place to stay. "
