The rooms were without phones, though, which made for a frustrating experience both in trying to make a dinner reservation and in reaching out to the front desk with questions. The best was shockingly uncomfortable- we felt every spring, and the mattress was lumpy. For the price we paid (over 400GBP) I expected better sleep quality, which was quite disappointing."
