"The room was clean but the balcony was disgusting, seeing dirty diapers along with many cigarettes out the window is crazy. For the price I was excepting it to much cleaner."

"Breakfast consisted solely of sugar and carbohydrates, with no variety of fresh fruit. When we wanted to purchase fresh fruit, we had to request a refrigerator for our room. The bathroom was cramped, the shower had mold, and the toiletries were never refilled (the shampoo bottle was empty). We had called a few days in advance to make some inquiries, but the front desk staff had absolutely no idea about the services offered."

"I had a great stay at this hotel in downtown Toronto. The location was extremely central, walking distance to the CN Tower, Scotiabank Arena, the CNE, and the Convention Centre. There were also tons of restaurants in the same building and all around the block. The hotel was very clean, but the best part was definitely the comfortable furniture and mattresses. Everything felt high quality and relaxing. The service was amazing overall and made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend...
