And in the shower it took a very long time for the water to get hot. On the plus side, the staff were very friendly and helpful. When we arrived the front desk helped us to sort out our parking situation in a very hands-on and helpful way."

"Lovely, quaint hotel. Staff are amazing. Building is older but well maintained. We had an inside facing room and asked for a street room and were promptly given one. Nice Matin is a great spot for drinks. Excellent escargot and fries. Stayed here when I first came to New York 20 years ago. So happy we came back."

"The hotel is conveniently located within easy walking distance of the subway. It was clean and quiet for a city location. The fitness center was tiny but functional. The breakfasts were kinda lacklustre but not all that bad. Unfortunately, many of the guests staying at the time with us were smoking 4.20, and the stench pervading the halls gave me a headache. Parking onsite is $40/day, and comes with in-out privileges."
