"While in the gym and spa we heard the construction going on the property. Electricity went out a couple of times and the activities listed on the schedule did not take place. No foam party or DJ at the pool, no sand volleyball etc. pretty lame and disappointing."

"The staff were super super nice and helpful. A personal greetings from the General Manager Robert made us feel welcome and at home instantly! The restaurant managers like Filipe at Neptune, Emmanuel, Elizabeth, Edgard, Jose Luis at the Patron were doing such a good job we were treated like VIP’s!
We love Villa Del Arco, thank you Mexico!

"The staff is amazing. They help you the best they can.
All inclusive is not all inclusive. There are many things like drinks and meals that are not included. Since the resort offers both all inclusive and not it is not as convenient as a true all inclusive resort where you can just get what you need. We spent a lot of time waiting on checks that we don't do at other all inclusive resorts.
The rooms are nice, the common space smells heavily like mildew and the carpets in the hallways...

"Our stay was extremely disappointing. The accommodation was nothing like it was presented online and felt more like a run-down hotel than the place we expected.
The food was poor, the staff were unhelpful, and we received misleading information from the staff. The hygiene standards at the buffet were particularly concerning and fell far below acceptable expectations.
I strongly recommend reading the negative reviews carefully before booking, as they reflect our experience. Unfortunately, our...

"We had a wonderful spring break at Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos and would return! The pools were great, and the family-focused entertainment was a highlight. My daughter especially loved the theater shows, and Friday night’s outdoor dining and family fun was a favorite.
The food was good overall, but restaurant wait times were too long, both before being seated and after ordering. At the Italian restaurant, our waiter came to take our order before we had even received menus. The air conditioning...

"Absolutely stunning resort with beautiful rooms, pools and restaurants. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful with any and all requests we had. This is one of the nicest resorts we have ever stayed in, and we have stayed in many high end resorts throughout Cancun and Cabo. I am knocking off one star for the lack of activities and absolutely outrageous food/beverage costs. We had a day of rain during our stay, and there is absolutely nothing to do on resort property that is indoors,...
