"The room was ok and staff were ok. The room was cleaned but not to a great standard. Car parking is good as there are loads of spaces. Windows aren’t sound proofed so unfortunately I had to listen to loud noise and music and loud cars outside until half 12 in the morning which isn’t great on an early start. "Great location for walking into Greenwich across the common. Handy for Uber ferry to all the attractions of London. Staff where friendly/helpful. Not sure what the rooms are like at rear of hotel in the newer building, but our room at the front was a little dated although perfectly adequate. Front rooms very hot in summer and quite a noisey road, especially the number of sirens racing past. Breakfast was good, the resturant appeared a little under used for dinner though. "The room and building were lovely, the space was efficient and the staff were fantastic. But unfortunately none of that could overcome the lack of air conditioning. I’m sure that somewhere in the description I could have read about this, but it needs to be in bold and above the fold. It’s simply not a reasonable place to stay in the summer, unfortunately."

We booked a basic room “ with atrium view” which turned out be a view of a black hole in the middle of the building which combined with the tiny room was unacceptable !
