"Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and it was always nice to come back to a well-kept room after a full day of sightseeing in London. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and very responsive whenever we had questions or needed assistance.
The only downside was that the hotel did not have air conditioning, which made our stay a bit uncomfortable during the London heat wave while we were there.

"Overall, the stay was okay. The location was great, but the room was unbelievably hot overnight. The fan provided was broken and wouldn’t run properly, and although we left the windows open, they had been closed when we returned, making it impossible to cool the room. We ended up having to wet towels just to keep cool and had a pretty sleepless night.
We also had to wait until exactly 2:00 pm to check in, which felt unnecessarily rigid."

"This hotel was in a great location, super close to the tube which made it easy to get around. My 3 friends and I stayed in a room with 2 double beds, it was definitely a little tight with all our luggage but we made it work and had a great time. If you bring luggage, get ready to bring it up the stairs because there is no elevator. Staff was super nice and helpful. They will store your luggage if needed."
