"Property itself was great. The check-in was smooth, the room was nice but the only thing I found a little bit odd on was the design of the shower. It does tend to leave a lot of water on the floor of the restroom itself but other than that the stay was practically flawless when I come back from my annual trips I will be staying here again."

Decent amount of places to eat nearby including Starbucks less than a minute away. Service is great. Gym isn't the best; minimal equipments. Overall, great hotel right by Seoul Station and. "

"A lovely hotel in a great location. Really efficient check-in and check-out - super simple with the kiosks. The room is nicely set up with amenities like pajamas and slippers. The breakfast was great - a lot of variety, tea, coffee, juice, Korean dishes, and more. The location is perfect - restaurants and coffee shops around that are open late. Walked to Seoul station afterwards. Because it is on the 11th floor (you take the elevator to reception), it was really quiet. Didn’t hear any noise from the street at all. A solid place to stay in Seoul. "

"First time staying at Lotte hotel. It was a wonderful stay. One of the best hotel we’ve stayed in Seoul. The room was so spacious and comfortable. Definitely would recommend this hotel!"
