"This place has not been updated in years. -Nothing was open in the hotel. No restaurant, no bar, even the pay on your own snack bar had absolutely nothing, not even a water. No airport shuttles as advertised. -I would never recommend staying here. Not even if it was free. -The cost of the taxi to the airport is the same price as if you were on the other side of the island. -Ocean front room I rented has a major road in front of the ocean. Loud all night"

"Ac didn’t work in first room they accommodated and moved me to another room only issue was it was Saturday night and it was above their restaurant and bar and the music was so loud it shook your floor and you had to liste in to it until 12 pm. After I said something they accommodated me again moved me to a quiet room and gave me a free night. So if you do ever have an issue there speak up and they will most definitely make it correct. "Front desk staff was rude, spotted big cockroaches around the property, vending machine was out of order, additional surcharges for daily house keeping, rarely any complementary refreshments available. This property is falsely advertised we learned that it is not a hotel resort it’s private owned timeshare’s upon checking in for my accommodation booking for queen size studio suite room with ocean view balcony as we received our room the balcony did not have ocean view it was a city view instead...

"Giving this “hotel” a three star review because the beach was very nice, warm, and clean of sea weed. The “hotel” was extremely run down. They call themselves a resort, but offer nothing besides a room and a small restaurant. It was clear that they cater to cruise ship traffic. When the cruise ships are not in port they scale back their staff and recreation to the bone. See picture of our “ocean front” room attached to the review. Come for the beach … stay somewhere else."

"Its not the property’s fault but the seaweed was awful. The whole reason people book is to have beach access. The offer to shuttle to another nearby beach was inadequate. The hotel should have offered to reimburse for cost of chair rentals, etc. Really disappointed in the lack of effort to make this right for their guests. They seemed short staffed based on the lack of golf carts & frequency they passed by. I was in building up the hill & it would have been problematic for anyone with mobility...
