"We arrived there a day later and they canceled our reservation and even though we try to rebook and pay, the system was down and they they could not accept any payment from us. Neither give us a room so we had to book in a nearby smaller hotel. Complete mess."

"This was a wonderful property! It is definitely an older hotel- but that is the charm! The new owners are clearly taking loving care of it. In that district, everything is older, and it is very well maintained and clean. It is in a PERFECT location to talk to some great places to eat, shop, or get coffee. "We just came back from a stay at Secret Harbor beach resort. We stayed in a one bedroom condo on the beach side of the resort. The room was spacious and beautiful. I loved that we had a dining table and kitchen. After swimming all day, the kids preferred to stay in at night which was great, with the spacious room.
