"Ac didn’t work in first room they accommodated and moved me to another room only issue was it was Saturday night and it was above their restaurant and bar and the music was so loud it shook your floor and you had to liste in to it until 12 pm. After I said something they accommodated me again moved me to a quiet room and gave me a free night. So if you do ever have an issue there speak up and they will most definitely make it correct. "I’ll be honest because reading the reviews didn’t help me at all. this isn’t what i was expecting at all. the room that we received had ants all over the bed. air conditioning wasn’t on prior to arrival and had the room HOT for a while, the bathroom was dirty, it looked like someone took a piss all over the bathroom and left it. there was no mirror on the closet although the other rooms had mirrors, there was no refrigerator even though the other rooms had refrigerators. the staff would come in...

"Beautiful vistas from many of the rooms. Located on a hill like many of the properties on the island. Walking virtually impossible due heavy traffic, inconvenience sidewalks and steep inclines... so a cab or rental car necessary daily. Best for an extended stay."
