"Good morning, in trying to give you the biggest and fairest picture of this property, I would say that overall we had a pleasant trip. The staff is extremely friendly and quick to respond to any of your needs. We felt the hotel had charm and a beautiful view as promised. However, we also felt that the facility was very outdated and in need of many repairs. During our four day stay, we reassigned three different rooms due to various issues. "The room was fine. The AC was not working when we arrived - the property engineer was notified and came right away to try to fix the unit. He did his troubleshooting and knew what the issue was - these units are old -he got it to work better ( not prefect as it was never cold in the room ) … day 4 it was definitely not pumping any cold air out - it was cooler outside than in the room. Disappointing…. The staff were friendly and helpful. "

The balcony had lovely flowering plants nearby that were wonderfully fragrant which added a special feature to our morning coffee on the porch.
