I called their mobile number on the front door and was able to get the code to get my key at least. Don’t expect them to come make up your room at all, even if you put the sign on the door. "Modern Super clean room with large bathroom & good water pressure + walk-in shower. Great kitchenette with microwave and fridge. Excellent storage. Fast WiFi. Very helpful staff (by email). "Parking was convenient and right outside. It is a nice modern property. The refrigerator did not cool and the room did smell of cigarette smoke a little. I would add a few hooks here and there to hang towels etc. I think it was room 7, had a window in the bathroom. It would be helpful to have a shade or blind on that window since the bathroom door is glass and lets light into the bedroom in early morning."

"Schlechtester Hotel in dem ich war. In der Nacht ist mein Bett kaputt gegangen da niemand an der Rezeption steht konnte ich niemanden Bescheid geben danach hieß es ich wäre schuld das das Bett kaputt ist Personal war sehr unfreundlich."
