"This was a beautiful experience to see the northern lights. However, the self check in was a bit confusing. I wasn’t aware of the process. I was expecting to see and speak with a live person. However, the number given for help was very helpful."

"Excellent location and overall great apartment. The temperature was quite warm in the apartment and due to city regulations, the AC couldn’t be turned on as our stay was outside of normal AC timeframe. However, the property management was quick to supply a portable fan."

La chambre était très humide plein de trace de moisissures apparentes. Des fils électriques sont également apparemment. D'autre part aucune consignes n'étaient affichées. La cafetière était absente."

"Private gated villa located in great town. Local hot springs are less than a 10 minute walk. Staff was great, cleaned daily, did laundry upon request, left local foods after each cleaning. Overall a wonderful stay."

"The kitchen was adequately stocked with everything needed to prepare meals in the apartment. There were standard appliances (toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee maker) and enough plates and cutlery for our group of 3."

"Pros: the on-site staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and as described, and check-in/out was simple, great location. Cons: in the bathroom, the soap and shampoo dispensers had been watered down so were poor quality. The electronic lock for our room was malfunctioning and required us to twist a handle with sharp metal edges so hard, one time I had to do this, it cut my hand."
