"Everything was exceptional."

"hotel situated in the heart of London. However, it is completely impossible to get in and out of the hotel whenever there is an event taking place in the city. I had to go to the airport. It took me over three hours because the cab driver was not able to drive around all the streets that’s been blocked and not properly notified. Hotel has no shop and no service to help our customers but overall facilities is very nice and Spa was definitely helpful for someone who wants to enjoy and relax. if you travel for business, please make sure you check all the events inside the city so you don’t get stuck like me in the middle of the town without any ability to go to the airport."

"Great location but can be busy on the roads outside. The hotel is on the side of a large roundabout but there is temporary parking outside for you to check in. Check in was easy and staff were friendly and patient with questions. Rooms were very spacious and beds were comfortable."

"Best choice in the city center. Within walking distance of everything. The hotel is extremely clean and well appointed. Everything works. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Edoardo spent quite a long time giving us tips on where to go and what to visit. Our stay was perfect. Keep up the good work!"

"We loved the location - close to the Royal Mile and close enough to the tram stop from the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a nice perk. The only downside was we asked for a wake up call and never received one. "
