"The room was small but clean and tidy. The air conditioning was good. The bathroom didn’t have any ventilation so the steam wet everything. The towel warming bar didn’t work. Housekeeping was ok, everyday they did less it seemed. The front desk staff were nice but not helpful. They didn’t even know what a towel warming rack was lol. I wish the hotel had a free continental breakfast or a happy hour it seems they’re wasting the cute basement lobby area. It’s a quiet place, no human...

"Sehr liebevoll gestaltetes sauberes Zimmer mit netten Annehmlichkeiten, z.B. bereit gestelltes Gurkensandwich bei der Ankunft, kostenloser Tee vor der Tür am Morgen, mit Getränken gefüllter Kühlschrank. Sehr gut fußläufig in der Nähe der Bahnhöfe Kings Kross, St. Pancras und Euston gelegen. Einziges Manko war, dass das Standardzimmer wirklich sehr klein ist und man Gepäck kaum unter bekommt. Sonst wirklich uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen."

"The welcome was wonderful, and the hotel is both luxurious and relaxing. A few teethings troubles (I was there in the first six weeks) - breakfast was delcious but took 30 minutes to come, and the room temperature control didn't work well."

"The smallest room I have ever been in. Lovely , but the quest of more rooms and less space is insane. You can not move around or open a suitcase. Is good for a quick overnight but very uncomfortable for anything else."
