"This hotel is conveniently located near Russell Square, British Museum and the Picadilly Line. Older building with nice modern touches. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. "The Library" was a great place for a yummy breakfast or a late nightcap. "

"Excellent hotel. For unknown reasons we were upgraded to a suite and it was fantastic with heated bathroom floor, sitting area with "fireplace", and complimentary waters, beer and coke in the mini-fridge. Staff was very helpful. Bell staff engaged in friendly conversation while we waited for a cab or uber. Enjoyed the extensive breakfast. Quality hotel all around."

"Brilliant option just by Euston station. Rooms are small but exactly what you need for short trips in London. Well priced and good value for a recently refurbed hotel. Rooms were a bit warm so we had to window open and there’s a lot of noise but that was the only downside really. Definitely our go to for short trips in!"

"The internet was ok. Very nice, clean room. Very expensive by Canadian standards. There was one man who worked at the registration desk who just never smiled. But everyone else was very friendly. Security could be better. We would definitely stay again. "
