"Beautiful quiet room, particularly comfortable bed, friendly staff. Beware that there is no elevator and the stairs are narrow and steep. Sometimes felt like too much at the end of a long sightseeing day. Lively pub with good food, surprisingly couldn't hear it a bit from the room!"

"Terrible communication from the host - I emailed a few times and the responses were very slow, also checking in at 4 pm and checkout at 10 am is unbelievable, when they charged me almost £200 for only 18 hours! I tried to communicate with the host, they weren’t very responsive. However, they kept sending me generic messages over and over again, including repeatedly telling me that check-in is at 10 am. Will not be staying here again."

I was worried about the availability of AC/Air-conditioner/Air conditioning given the heat wave stretching across London and Europe. Minor point, although there was a good selection of plug points in the room, they were all located in one area of the room, where there was no fixed mirror.
