"Bugs in room on first floor. Mildew smell in room. Our friend also staying in hotel on different floor also had bugs in his room. Notified staff and they sent housekeeping which offered to clean my toilets. Informed them again upon checkout of bugs and staff were again not helpful. Older historical building made into a hotel the rooms and bathrooms are not too spacious so there are some not so great views—especially if you book through third parties I think.
