This is a really nice, well priced, conveniently located budget hotel, in which the staff clearly try to do everything to make you feel welcome. I had a small, well equipped room, full of character, cucumber sandwiches left out for me on arrival, and tea delivered in the morning - fantastic. Thank you to the proprietors!

Love this place, really handy if you need to drop your stuff off before heading on an adventure, full of nice and classy touches will be back again and again no doubt, especially if my football team keep winning away from home!

It was fine for the price, but more like a B&B/aparthotel. Very small and basic shower room, simple amenities and some noise disturbance from folk in the park most of the night.

Have stayed here before and had a great stay. This time we didn’t sleep well due to some noise being at the front of the property and no air conditioning. There was a fan in the room but we found it a little loud. Bathroom probably needs a bit of attention- shower door and toilet seat loose. Other than that beautifully decorated room . Comfy beds. Nice touch with fridge and sandwich. Would stay again.

Excelente lugar en todos los aspectos. El personal fue sumamente amable, la habitación bastante amplia y cómoda, nuestro descanso fue ideal. El hotel está a 5 minutos de King’s Cross y St. Pancras, lo que para nosotros fue un plus adicional, facilitando nuestra llegada y salida en tren. Lo recomiendo ampliamente!

Small, but well appointed room & ensuite shower. All felt new and clean. Very convenient for Kings Cross and St Pancras stations. Friendly and welcoming staff. BUT, there was no lift which is challenging if you are on the top floor with 6 flights of stairs. The concierge carried our cases up for us, but it was bit of a shock to have so many stairs to climb. If you don't like many stairs to go up it is is essential you request a room on a lower floor. Housekeeping need to advise reception of items missing in room, as the TV remote was missing and a replacement could not be found at short notice.

Great location. The owners have obviously spent a fair bit of cash making the common areas look good. Some nice service touches too, eg the morning tea tray and newspaper. But even on a relatively mild day in early autumn, the room was unbearably hot - which made it difficult to sleep. There was no airconditioning, and no way to get a cross draughty into the room. The room was sold on Expedia as a “comfort” room. The property describes it internally - and more accurately - as a crash pad. There is no way for a larger than average person to exist comfortably in that room, and not even anywhere (except the bed) to put a suitcase. Choose carefully!!
