"The room was clean and I had great views of the London skyline. Staff were friendly. Bed was comfortable. A nice hotel, would definitely stay again, it’s right next to tube station so easy to get to central London. I drove down and managed to park easily in the Morrisons car park. "

The view from the restaurant was spectacular as we watched the sun set over the city scape which then turned into the night time lights. "Staff were so friendly. Had a cute little note in our room from the housekeepers. Was a bit confused about where to plug in the kettle though. Only 2 coffee bags seemed a bit stingy and I do think sockets either side of the bed is something that most people expect now. But I have to say, the hotel was ideally situated and the staff really were lovely. We will stay again! "

"The first impression was very welcoming. We were a little early for our check-in but the team checked and said that our room was already prepared.
Although the room was small with the twin beds we requested, it had everything that you would need. Very clean and the beds were cosy and comfortable.
We had the buffet breakfast which was very good value, I would certainly recommend it.
Nothing was too much trouble.
I would definitely return to this hotel and will certainly be telling my friends...
"We booked this for its closeness to the O2. It ended up, not that accessible for the O2, the outside of the building and area isn’t the best but the room itself made up for it, spacious, modern and very clean. So overall, great value for the price "

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an excuse. If you want everyone to book directly from the hotel site, just dont work with third party agencies in the beginning.
Got the standard room checked in at midnight and the furniture is very old. There is pieces of instant noodles and left over vegetables near the sofa. Very bad maintenance for the standard room according to me.
The hot shower did not work properly. The pressure is not high enough, hence making the water wont switch to the shower head. "
