"Beautiful location, did not realize it is in the convention center, so access was different (different elevators for different areas) and gym and sauna are in a different area of the building, never did see them since not by the pool. Parking is for smaller vehicles and pay someone other than the hotel. Walkable location and stunning view of the harbour. "

"Clean room, central location, beautiful views from our room. Staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the guests in the next room were extremely noisy our first night playing loud music & yelling until 3 a.m. fortunately they checked out the next day & I was able to use headphones to minimize their noise. Then a couple nights later the hotel was flooded with young people for what appeared to be prom night. They were very noisy in the elevator area that was around the corner from our room. Bad timing I guess. For the amount we paid for 5 nights I think we could have gotten value elsewhere."

"I was overall happy with my stay, but I only had one issue. It was about 10:50am and I was moving items to my car. I told the cleaning staff I would be out in 5 minutes. The cleaning cart and vacuum was blocking the walkway as I was moving items from the 2nd floor to my vehicle with no elevator."

"The staff and the beautiful history and architecture of the hotel are a pleasure. Location for walking from deep in the West end of Vancouver shops, cafes and restaurants is spot on. The ability to step across the road and get onto the sea wall pathway is fantastic. The restaurant is... good... but not necessarily for the young or young at heart.. Being the oldest cocktail lounge in Vancouver.. i feel I was hoping for a lot more than it offered.. but it didn't negatively affect our stay as there is so much available just a short walk away. "

"Location was fantastic and staff were super friendly and welcoming! Rooms were a little dated and drafty and the shower was a little hit or miss but altogether a great place to stay for the price. "

"Clean room and good service. But a lot of noice from ambulance and police cars at night. And the hotel arrange our three rooms on different floors which is not so nice."
