"The hotel is old, and when in your room, it shows. Needs some updates to stay relevant, specifically in that area of Vancouver. We won’t likely stay at the Pinnacle again. Not when there are much nicer hotels nearby for the same price range. "

You can order snacks poolside, towels available and change rooms Only thing that I didn't like was the breakfast...I am not a buffet style person...but one block west and five stores over was a great restaurant , five minute walk The cleaning staff excellent "
