"My room was clean, and the hotel smelled fresh. The housekeeping staff cleaned my room every day, and it was always spotless. The housekeeping ladies were very friendly as well. The front desk staff were courteous and helpful. I also liked that there were several laundry rooms available on every third floor. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay."

"My husband and myself love staying at this property however our experience at the Bacchus Room last night was very disappointing. We had a clear view of the kitchen and watched the Chef leaning on the counter watching tv, eating and using his phone. This is definitely not the kind of experience I would expect from this establishment"

"I stayed here in February and the room was very nice and new looking! Thats why I booked back in with my mom this time. I was very disappointed and confused because my room was not nearly the same quality or even the same looking as my room in February and I paid the same price… looked very dated and dirty and just not anything like I’ve had before. Would not have booked in again if I knew that only half the hotel was not renovated."

"This hotel really makes you depend on them for everything. There is a nice fridge in the room but don’t you dare touch it or put your leftovers inside or you’ll be charged! Ridiculous to have a fridge filled with liquor top to bottom. There is also the up charge as soon as you walk in. For $150 more per day you can eat all your meals at the hotel. Again, they make you completely reliant on them for everything. I was on the 15th floor and could hear all the port sounds, including port authority...
