Expedia dropped the ball on sending access information but the staff at Revival were very helpful; a difference is now there is 24/7 reception. "It's a quiet hotel, part of a larger residential building, and formerly a Shangri-La. Room was spacious and super clean and perhaps just a tiny bit dated. Location is great, right in the heart of downtown Vancouver and walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and the water."
