"Clean room. Stayed only 1 night. Left before breakfast was served. Nice bed. Pillows are very soft. I would have preferred a little more firmness to them. Convenient to different eating establishments and the airport."

"This property was fabulous! Came to visit family and stayed 3 nights. Kyle at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Personally delivered vouchers for us. The hotel is super clean. The room was cleaned timely. The pool and hot tub was a great amenity! Beautiful setting. The grounds are very pretty. Will stay here again. Best hotel in the Schaumburg area Thankyou!"

"It was an okay stay. Room was well worn and dated but clean-ish at least. Some sort of convention going on and other hotel stayers were up super late and loud in the hallways. Cooking something very odorous as well so that was kind of annoying. The guy at the front desk was super great so well done there. Lobby and price make this place seem prestigious and then the room kind of just lets you down would be my synopsis. Time for a reno"

"The sheets were literally flooded with mildew, I lifted my white sheet up towards the light and all I could see were patches and splots of what looked to be mold growing between the layers of the sheet. The sheet was too thin for it to be cushioning. I was pretty disgusted."

"Bad stay, very cheap and 'rough' experience. This hotel appears to be the scummy one in the area. No attention to the needs of the upcoming visitors; limited supplies, coffee, tp, etc. Fridge didn't work and subsequently ruined food we purchased. Outlet on the lamp didn't work and ended up draining phones rather than recharging them. Walls are paper thin. We spent the night listening to rude and ignorant neighbors hollering and pounding on tables and walls. Do not recommend."

"Housekeeping was super nice. The breakfast was one of the better ones we've had post covid. A lot of places went to strictly prepackaged stuff but they had a different breakfast both days we were there which was refreshing. My daughter loved the herb potatoes. Having a crib on site was extremely appreciated and helpful. The indoor pool was nice since we had rain. It gave my daughter something to do after being in a car for 8 hours. We had a good stay."

"The overall experience of as great. The only thing I had a problem with was the pool is very small compared to pictures shared on Expedia. 10 kids two adults and the pool is full."

"our room could've definitely benefitted from a remodel. the sofa and headboard were in rough shape and there were specks of paint on the carpet and other surfaces from the last time it was painted. our in-room phone blinked for four days. we were on the third floor and the stairs were cracked, dirty, and creaky. the top step was a different depth than the other stairs which makes it a safety issue."

"Clean rooms, friendly staff and pet friendly. Great value for the area. Was annoyed there was an RV parked out back. Stabilizers down and generator running. Not sure why they allowed this or nobody walks the property."
