"What a beautiful hotel!! Spacious room, updated nice bathroom, and gorgeous views and property. Very friendly staff, too. Breakfast is awesome and they had plenty GF options too. They also have a shuttle to take you up and down the hill to the main part of town, which was very helpful and meant we didn’t have to pay for taxis hardly at all. Overall an amazing place! "

"This is the kind of property that is listed as a “hidden gem”. It’s not on a Main Street, but is so increasingly central. The room was beautifully done and we slept like kings. The staff went the extra mile and that was really appreciated. We will definitely be staying here again!! Florence is wonderful and needs more time than we had on this trip so we’ll be back here to stay! "

"Beautiful property with elegant rooms. Rooftop restaurant is lovely with an attentive staff. The outdoor area was not open for full service due to the time of year, but looked very nice for a visit in the warmer seasons. If coming in on the train as we did - you can't beat the location - convenient to all the sites of Florence."

"Loved our stay here. The free breakfast was wonderful, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see/visit. Our room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Amazing bathroom/shower. We were there at the end of March/early April, and it was pretty cold outside, so the air conditioner could not be turned on/used during our stay. The room did get quite hot at night, and we were unable to open the window because we were on the...

"Rooms on the lower floors near the piazza can be very loud. Street noise kept us awake. Somehow cigarette smoke was noticeable in the rooms. The smoke seemed to come thru the heating/cooling ducts. However the location is very good. Close to the train station and local attractions. "
