"The front desk staff(Zarah) went above and beyond her job description as she provided first-aid to my husband who took a fall in the parking lot. She cleaned and bandaged his knees. She also accompanied us to our room and got a bucket of ice for us. There were also 2 angels in the parking lot who helped us greatly. "

"Pool was broken the first night. Our room had ants. The staff were nice. The hotel and rooms are older that they upgraded a few things to make it appear newer and nicer than it actually is. You can hear people above you walking around. "

We stopped there to avoid rush hour traffic through Cincinnati, and were able to grab the breakfast and leave by 6:30 am, sailing through the city at that time. The breakfast was fairly good, with freshly scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy at the hot station, and cold cereal and fruit available as well. Highway noise could be heard all night but more as a white noise. For us, the easy on/off was worth the noise...

"The room and bathroom were clean; although the lighting in the bathroom is dim. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious. The air handler unit was extremely noisy & the noise from adjoining room a problem. I did ask the front desk to contact the people and the noise issue was resolved. The doors all slam if they are not shut slowly. The staff is helpful and courteous and they do their best with what they have. The one morning I went to the breakfast room to eat at 9:15 am, it was closed. I...

"Staff was very friendly. At checkout even though slightly before 6am we were told to help ourselves to breakfast before we left. Room was disappointing other than bed. Blinds were broken, tub backed up and someone else’s hair came up, no fan in bathroom, toilet handle loose and about to break. Not what you expect from Hampton."

"We stayed at this hotel because it promised a hotel shuttle, but we didn’t realize that had to be booked 24 hours in advance so…in effect there is no hotel shuttle. It is an old hotel and not maintained to courtyard standards. Although our room was clean, there was a sour smell in it that made it hard to sleep."
