"Loved- the sunset, the heated pool, the breakfast, and the employees. Didn't love- the windows are dirty snd the chairs in the main lobby are all peeling. At first, I thought the different shade was like an "ombre" mterial, but nope... the pleather was peeling."

"Staff was awful. I paid for 3 rooms, arrived well after check-in, and my rooms were not ready. 30 minutes later I’m told my rooms are ready. 2 rooms were, however the 3rd room was occupied. My teenage daughters walked in on a man coming out of the shower and 2 kiddos were also running around the room nude. I requested a refund immediately and was told i had to wait until Monday and speak with the manager."

"Several issues with the room maintenance but where corrected ,pool closed bar / restaurant lounge closed , was charged $50. For parking although our reservation was paid in full in advance of arrival explanation was because we booked through 3rd party expedia the resort hotels empty parking lot is part of the property not a separate piece of property also pay resort fee for no amenities"

"There for a beach wedding! Great night sleep and so close to everything!"
