"Home was listed as available on Expedia booked around 8 am never got check in instructions figured since 3PM was check in time I would get a email with details then…….. NOPE considering I live 3 hours away I called the property to find out this home was available never got a phone call a email or anything I’m sure the property was notified of the booking hours prior just like hotels get the booking almost immediately but still never got any communication spent 4 Hours on the phone with Expedia...

"Our stay was amazing, we check in a fay earlier and stayed until Saturday. My host was amazing very attentive. Housing was amazing kids enjoyed the backyard pool. The staff we encountered were great, especially at the attractions with golf and the lazy river, the staff was very informative with us taking the boat on to the lake. Overall a great experience for me and my kids. I am looking to book again for April. "

"Great house for our Disney visit 6 adults. Pool & Hot Tub nice bit hot tub set @ 96 could have been warmer since we paid extra. Door code didn’t work when arrived & stopped working again the second day but a call to the office & a reset worked quickly."
