"So when we arrived our room wasn’t ready. Then we had to wait a hour and a half for another room. Then our new room had no air conditioning. We had to use a fan for 5 days. And another thing we was given a room with two queen size beds instead of a king size! The food at the buffet was horrible. However Blue Water grill was very good and the staff was pleasant. The ocean had lots of rocks so make sure you get water shoes. The staff at the bars was nice but some was not to friendly. Thanks"

I stayed during the World Cup and from my room window, I had a perfect view of the big screen outside at Hendrikplein, which made my experience very special. "Nice clean place close to Punda and Otrobanda. The staff is very welcoming and helpful, the room is cozy and price is right. Parking situation is not so great and the TV in my room did not work but I didn’t mind that."
