"We checked in and immediately got to our room and noticed two what appeared to blood stains on the floor. I went down and asked for another room which they obliged, however, did not seem surprised at all. The reassigned room was run down and worn out. The wall thermostat didn't work which left us freezing our first night, we ended up using the controls directly on the wall unit to get some type of climate control. The shower water was lukewarm and the tub did not drain well so you were left standing in 3 inches of water during your shower. Not impressed and this is the furthest thing from a "4 star" hotel. For what we paid we left extremely disappointed and feel completely deceived and ripped off."
